Massage Therapy Classes

Massage101 is designed as a “hands on” instruction for non-professionals who want to learn specific massage techniques to give to their sweetheart, their family and their friends. Participants are introduced to basic massage strokes incorporated into a full body massage using Swedish styles. The result is fantastic opportunities to both receive some strokes while also learning to give a relaxing and healthful massage.
