Neural Touch is a form of bodywork that uses a gentle rolling over of muscles and tendons to produce deep relaxation, an opening of energetic pathways, a reduction in pain and inflammation, a ‘reset’ to all systems, and improved structural balance. Deep Tissue work is gentle, slowly working through the layers of fascia and fibers to produce greater fluidity, and a reduction in soft-tissue pain and tension. Craniosacral Therapy gently addresses imbalance and restrictions in the cranium, spine, sacrum and surrounding soft tissue. A very gentle unwinding, rebalancing and re-setting takes place with this work.
When she offers Energy Healing, Lynne begins by reading the subtle energy systems, tuning into where there is imbalance. She then applies the necessary techniques to facilitate healing and revitalization. Chakra clearing and rebalancing, chi energy healing, guided imagery, and EFT are techniques that may find their way into an Energy Healing session.
